Dog tired from work and still having a problem shaking this cough. Got a space heater for my garage and it turned my tiny dungeon into a freaking sauna.
Still getting the form down, but I’m really happy that I don’t completely feel like death when I do them!
Car Sim deads (weight in front)
Was planning on doing two more sets at that weight, but my right hamstring cramped up on me and I might have pulled it some. Even at lighter weights it didn’t feel great.
Played the squats by feel, and they weren’t bothering my hamstring at the lighter weights so I went ahead and hit em. So glad I’ve finally found a good rack position for fronts.
