Adam’s Training 11-25

Strength

 

My heart wasn’t in training tonight, but I needed to get it in. I’m hanging out with some friends later and wasn’t going to be in shape to train thanksgiving morning. Hamstring wasn’t bothering my performance but my cough was in full force. Powered through and got it in though!
