Strength

 

Tendinitis in my elbow was bothering me today so I swapped my bench day for upper back.

Tennis-Elbow
Barbell rows
135 x 10
225 x 10
315 x 10,10,10
Bent over dumbbell raises
50s x 12,12,12
One armed pull-downs
100 x 15/15,15/15,15/15
Rolling Thunder Deads                                                                    rollingthunder_box
135 x 8/8
180 x 8/8,8/8,8/8
I decided that I should perhaps actually train these with my next show, which is in two weeks, has it as an event. It’s not terribly demanding to my body, so I decided to throw them in tonight
