Strength

My back was sore, my elbow was tender, my knee hurt. So I decided to bro it out and train biceps and grip.  6540e6fa0f887cf01f63f2908caefa20

One handed deadlift
135 x 3/3 normal grip
225 x 3/3 hook grip
225 x 3/3 normal
315 x 2.5 right hand normal
225 x 10 right, normal
225 x 8 left, normal
As soon as I hit lockout on that third rep at 315 my callous’ shifted and it was coming down lol. I couldn’t even pick 315 with my left hand. I was doing this w/o chalk and on my “buffalo bar” to create instability, but I’m really disappointed by the imbalance shown here

I hit that pump that Arnold talked about during that “Pumping Iron” documentary. Think I’m gonna throw these supersets in after my training for wreckage is over and done. Besides, who doesn’t want bigger biceps?
