Adam’s training 21/1 cleans, car dead, front squats

The last thing on my mind was training. I literally wanted to do anything else, but I know that training on days like this are the most important ones

I missed the second rep on my second set at 265, so I immediately dropped down to 245 and cranked out a triple. I’m not entirely sure why I missed it, but I’ll chalk it up to my lack of technique in this movement.
