I missed the second rep on my second set at 265, so I immediately dropped down to 245 and cranked out a triple. I’m not entirely sure why I missed it, but I’ll chalk it up to my lack of technique in this movement.

Made sure to get plenty of stretching in so my hams wouldn’t lock up on me again lol
