After missing Wreckage over the weekend from being sick, with it still lingering, I was pretty down on myself.

But I am very happy because one of my good friends won the show.

But, it’s the start of my off season and time to really become the strongest bastard I could become in the four months I’ve got!

First time pulling from the floor since March. It was either speed pulls from a deficit, 17″ rack pulls, or those God aweful car dead sims.

Some of my buddies were telling me to try these with a cambered squat bar, and decided to give it a shot. These were an experience, let me tell you! The lowered position of the weight helped keep the bar in place, but any forward lean and that weight was rocking.
