Adam Accessory and Grip

Strength

 

Today was almost entirely accessory lifts. Tried my hand at low bar squatting, and got my grip game on!

Backsquat
135 x 5
225 x 5
315 x 5
405 x 5
475 x 5, 5, 4

The red mark across my back tells me that I got bar placement right, and watching my vids I certainly got the “ass first” motion down. Think I became a big fan of these tonight too!

One armed deadlift

275 x 3/3, 3/3, 3/3
After completely missing 315 with my left hand last time I tried these, I decide I needed to take a practical approach to these!
Rolling Thunder rows
135 x 10/10, 10/10, 10/10
Finished with lots of face pulls with that bodybuilder squeeze to round out the night.
