Docket for tonight was overhead work and some shoulder hypertrophy. I decided to hit the axle for the first time in many months to see where I was and familiarize myself with it again. I was really pleased with the results.

Massive, massive PRs for me. I really couldn’t have been happier with these numbers.
Inclined bench w/ pause
135 x 5
225 x 8, 8, 8
Z- press with band assist
265 x 5
275 x 5
285 x 3
Finished up with dumbbell lat raises five sets of ten with a 30 second test between sets. I got one hell of a pump from these. Time to eat!
