Dog tired from work and still having a problem shaking this cough. Got a space heater for my garage and it turned my tiny dungeon into a freaking sauna.

Was planning on doing two more sets at that weight, but my right hamstring cramped up on me and I might have pulled it some. Even at lighter weights it didn’t feel great.

Played the squats by feel, and they weren’t bothering my hamstring at the lighter weights so I went ahead and hit em. So glad I’ve finally found a good rack position for fronts.

Final set was timed and I got all six reps in 65 seconds

Final set was timed at about 40 seconds. I still had a lot of gas in the tank, but I never train loading events to completely max effort.
Sandbag carries
260x 50 ft twice, 100 ft once and 110 ft once. This event sucks. Can’t stand it. And curse the human being who came up with the idea.

We brought the weight down in a couple of the events for a couple of the weight classes.

Overhead Medley

200 weight class Log will be 235 and Giant dumbbell will be 125.

231 weight class Log will be 255 and Giant dumbbell will be 155.
