1st Place USAPL Bench Only Nationals Police/AM

“This was my 1st National Meet, the most important/biggest meet I have ever competed in. I feel as if I did the best that I could have done. Missing my 2nd and 3rd attempts taught me a lot; I didn’t train with heavy enough weights in training. The 435 felt light at the top and came off the chest fast on both attempts only to miss it each time at middle or about a 3 board. There is no sense crying over spilled milk, I am a very goal oriented lifter, missing my goal just made me hungrier for Raw Nationals in October.  Stay positive and press on.”
